    Good Morning my name is Carmine Francomano, Ive been searching for full set of Top and Bottoms, I have severe nerve damage throughout my entire body. Ive had 13 back surgeries and 4 Cervical surgeries each and every vertebrae in my back ( Not a Single One of the vertebrae in my lumbar from L1 throughout my entire vertebrae do not belong to me , they are all donated from cadavers, so about 3,weeks after my last surgery I started to lose teeth, I have a total of 15 teeth . 6 on the top and 9 on the bottom. Keep in mind I was always known as having a million dollar smile, This is the worst part of it all is the embarrassment when I have to smile!!! Absolutely no confidence at all . So after all of these surgeries and I’m not even close to being finished , I was forced into Medicare and also I have Medicaid. I have not smiled in over 3 years, so now I’m on a strict budget frlom SSD , can someone tell me how much it will cost to do uppers and lowers full sets for both!!
